Up to 2 If you plan to have pets living in your apartment home, please be sure to discuss with property personnel for any recent changes to this policy. - Restrictions: No more than 2 pets allowed per apartment home. Weight limit of 75 lbs. There will be a $200 charge (one-time non refundable fee) for the first pet. Additional $100 (one-time non refundable fee) for a second pet. All one-time pet fees are due within 24 hours of the lease being approved. Monthly Pet Rent is $10per unit. No aggressive breeds will be allowed (includes pitbulls, doberman pinchers, german shepards, akitas, chows, or any mixture of aggressive breeds).
